Had the most delicious dinner, thank you babss for the link

healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...

I also made some little dessert pots using a raspberry cheesecake recipe from sainsburys and swapped the sugar for sweetener, so yummy!

I'm trying to get the hang of copying links so apologies if this is a disaster!! πŸ˜‚

Glad you enjoyed it! Did you use red cabbage? Love the sound of your dessert pots too

Yes that's what I had in the fridge. Chucked a bit of brocoli in there too!

What's a poke bowl? πŸ€”

It's an Asian layered salad, Rice in the bottom, except I skip that, then layer shredded cabbage, carrot, broccolini, cucumber, avocado, a boiled egg quartered, edamame beans, then your Protein on top, then make a dressing, I mix sesame oil, mayo and sriracha sauce and drizzle

This looks very tasty.

Unfortunately NHS weight loss tend to get users to "hide" their posts, so we aren't able to see what the recipe is if we're not members :( I've never really understood the reasons for it.

Really? I wonder why that is. I got this one from the daily diary. I'm a member with them too!

Leeleepuss, you can see what is on the WL forum, but people that don't belong there can't. If you put a link here, from somebody who decided to lock their post to just the WI forum, then it won't be seen here. You could always copy and paste the recipe here though :)

I thought that's what I did πŸ˜‚ OK I'll have a look. Paste it as a link or a photo do you mean?

Here you go :) ( For future reference, if you highlight the text you want to share, copy and then go to the place you want to share it and paste - this is what will happen. I have learnt so much being a member of the forum, even how to use my lap top lol 🀣)

OK I'll have a go next time I see something interesting! Probably easier on laptop than a phone but then I don't have the pictures on my laptop! Oh modern day problems!! πŸ˜‚

I find it easier to do posts with photo from phone, but copy and paste from laptop 🀣

I agree, modern day problems 😊

I'm not too sure, as it doesn't really make much difference. There are lots of ways around the "hidden" feature, if people wish to, but it is a hassle. You'll just need to bear it in mind if you do want to share their posts elsewhere in future.

Feel free to copy and paste the recipe, although you might need to check the originator is OK for you to share it, as locking posts usually suggests they don't want them to be shared elsewhere.
