I have been making the ground almond based keto rolls for a year, and never had any trouble with them - they look just like wholemeal bread. However, I have been talking to someone who has just made the same recipe for the first time, and she has produced bright purple rolls! They don't look quite so appetizing somehow! Is there an explanation for this?

I believe it depends on the brand of psyllium husk.
That's interesting - I will ask her which one she uses. I have used two different ones with no problems.
