Low-Carb High-Fat (LCHF)

day 1

here I am starting lchf/paleo day one

breakfast 2 eggs scrambled with 2 large mushrooms cooked in water

lunch apple and a handful of mixed nuts

dinner mackerel fillet and salad

a 2 hour visit to the gym as well as some basic house work and walking to the gym

goal to be under 14 stone (88.90k) by Easter doing a 2 week on and one off at the moment then upping the game for the new year
