After following LCHF DIET since June-2016, I could improve my weight loss along with lipid profile and HBA1C to a happy position...

MY PRESENT WEIGHT IS AT ...*69 kg. As against 83 kg in January 2016.

LIPID PROFILE WAS AT BAD SHAPE IN JANUARY-2016.*

MY FUTURE GOAL IS TO FURTHER

IMPROVING THE LIPIDS AND HBA1C.

Weight loss process is still going on.

It was 75- 76 kg when I was in USA.AFTER JAN-2017; 5 TO 6 kg bass been lost.

For last two months, I have been enjoying Mango and icecreames very frequently.and liberally.

However , I will be again strictly following the reduced carbohydrates.

Thanks for the quicker and correct analysis of my results...
