I've been following Lchf four last four weeks and getting more confident at using full fat and cheese and nuts cooking in cocnut oil in four weeks I have lost 16lbs
Week one 11lbs
Week 2 2lb gain
Week 3 3 lbs loss
Week 4 4lbs loss
I started at 17 .11 now 16.9.1 i try where possible not to eat process food 😃😃😃
