Government 12 week plan

Just listened to news and heard the government are promoting a 12 week plan for obesity . They seem to miss the point sometimes for some eating is an emotional issue . I hope they support people and not increase the guilt and emotional damage that weight can carry . If taking off fat was so easy we would all be slim things .

Real blue sky thinking - calorie content of alcoholic drinks and meals in restaurants. Something to read whilst sipping your wine whilst choosing.

They're never going to drop that bloody 12-week plan. When civilisation collapses sometime next year and we all go back to living in caves, the NHS will be chiselling the 12-week plan into the stones for future archaeologists to puzzle over. Books will be written about the strange religious beliefs that emerged in the COVID-stricken 21st century.

You are so spot on! I’m an emotional eater and really working hard on this. I noticed I would begin to eat something extra Cheese but stopped. My husband has something on his ear and hopefully will see dermatologist but I was stressed as he was!!! But didn’t overeat! Yay!

This is what I was thinking. I sabotage my own diets and spent most off my life fighting it❤️
