Do you know any vegetarian on LCHF?

Hello LCHF crowd! I was wondering if it any of you know any vegetarians trying/following the diet. I assume it would be very difficult?! Would love to hear your experiences...

There's a great site called Diet Doctor, which recently did a week of posts featuring LCHF vegetarian food.

The New Atkins programme has guidelines for vegetarians, it's basically start in Phase 2 and don't avoid nuts for the first two weeks like the rest of us.

It seems doable, though I'm definitely glad not to be a vegetarian... If you can make an exception for fish, it would probably be much easier.

There are not one but many on the site that aks666 mentioned. All of us live by 20% net carbs and 60% good fat rule. 160+ were living examples on healthunlocked.com/diabetes... around a year back but because of rude behavior of three or four users who kept on insulting everyone who talked LCHF there so all of them left the site and went to the site mentioned by aks666.

Even I was insulted right on my first post and thereafter they kept calling me a HE despite letting them know I am female.
