anyone have results with the papaya tablets from GNC ?? try anything with this nasty disease .. no cure just all about what drugs work .. need a cure my brothers .. jimmy

I have been taking Papaya tablets for 2years but not sure if it’s helping. I started taking 2,000 Vitamin D3 about 4 months ago and my platelets went up considerably you must speak to a consultant before taking though

I tried papaya leaf tea for a while and saw no results at all. others have had results from fresh papaya by taking the fresh papaya leaves putting them in a blender with water and straining. I don't have access to enough fresh papaya leaf to try this.

I’ve been taking papaya leaf extract, pomegranate pills and wheat grass pills and my platelets went from 62k to 97k in 3 months. My platelets are staying in the 90s so I continue taking these supplements.

seaangel .. you take papaya in pill form or do you make the juice from the leaves ?? also what meds do you take ?? let me know and thanks as I will try anything .. jimmy

I’m on 2.5mg of prednisone every other day. My hematologist lowered it because my platelets were rising. I take pomegranate complex,papaya leaf extract pills 600mg twice a day and pines wheat grass pills 500mg / 7 pills a day. I buy them on amazon.com.

I would just try making Papaya juice fresh if you can get them at your local grocery store. Try that good dose of natural juice not in pill form

You tried drinking fresh papaya juice ? 8oz glass every 2nd day for a week. I know some one who does it and it helps their platelets
