need help

i need to know wat are all the natural foods which we can eat to improve platelet count.

witout spiking up my blood sugar level.

A well balanced diet is essential for physical and emotional health; there is no one food that will increase your platelet count only medications such as Nplate. Unfortunately you will see many claims on this site praising the platelet increasing benefits of : sweet patatos juice, papaya leaf juice, pomegranate juice etc., none of them increase platelet counts!!!! Please check out this site educational section, the more you know about our the the better the care you will receive:)
