On the Up

My count on Tuesday 4th October was 103.000, up from previous test, one month before, on August 31st I think, where my Platelets were 88.000, a couple of weeks before that, around August 16th 2017, my level was 50.000.

They had dropped to 50.000 from around 83.000 in the space of about one week, after coming off Steroids.

As I said in reply in one of my comments, maybe I don't have I.T.P now, maybe it was just a blip, could that happen?

I had about five episodes of blood in stoolworks department over a week and then no more in about 3 weeks. I mentioned this on Tuesday, Sotheby's are sending me to a Gastro specialist, I am waiting for appointment.

Hi,

How are things going?

Have you managed to maintain your levels?

Hello Steve,

My next check is on Wednesday, will be interesting to see what my levels are. It’s been pretty much two months. I have tired days last week, and a little bruising, so am looking forward to getting tested this time, my guess is, they are falling, but I am still getting used to knowing my own body since hearing I have itp.

I did have a few episodes of blood in toilet, which I mentioned to consultant on 4th October, but still have not got called to specialist about that. I am sure that will be discussed again on Wednesday.

How are you?

Thanks for asking,

Mike
