Hi

I went through the same cycle of dapsone, steroids, rituximab, eltrombopag. Every time my platelets used to go up for a few days and then fall back to 10k. I even tried homeopthy and ayurveda but did not work. I could not sleep in the night and felt exhausted at all times. I then started some yoga exercises specifically for the spine and that seems to have worked. I addition I am taking papaya leaf juice everyday in the morning. My platelets are now over 1 lakh and I feel much better. Should find the right yoga therapist .
