I like the taste of rooibos tea. I have tried to find out if this tea is blood thinner or not, but could not find any information on this. Does anyone here know?

Just what is the point of taking a supposed 'blood thinner' when you have ITP?  Sounds like another snake oil pitch to me.

I don't think it is a blood thinner. I will do some digging also and if I find anything different, I will post back asap.  But I think you are OK. I am tea drinker (total loose leaf snob...it's embarrassing. LOL) and I never thought about it.  Strange because I am all about food interaction, etc.
