My sister surfacc itp in 30week in pregnancy. Her count below 15 . l have no sufficient money to buy ivig.this time what I do

I have heard a lot of people talking about papaya leaf. Also Kale. Maybe look into that? I have also read recently about people who have changed to eating "paleo" or "Vegan". Hope your sister is ok.

Did you check with your doctor, if there is other alternate available like prednisolone?

Yes this drug used 2 month but count not rise.plz sir help me

The platelet count not raised much when you nearing the delivery as the same was happened to my wife also. The next one month is the crucial period.

Do a platelet transfusion with steroid by taking guidance from haematologist. This will raise the platelet temporarily. or you can buy ivig nearly half the cost from distributor.

My platelet count was 11 when I went into labour with my fourth baby. Prednisolone didn't raise my count and neither did IVIG. I was monitored closely and had a platelet transfusion during my planned induction. Following the weeks after birth I took tranexamic acid which helped with the blood loss.
