Has anyone found that sometimes after an IVIG they feel ok and other times not. Usually I feel ok, but this last one I feel nauseous and extremely tired.

Yes! I have had (so far) 14 infusions of IVIG and it seems the more I got them the after effect got a bit worse. The worse is my head feeling like it's going to explode and I can't move. I have been bed ridde. A couple times and dry heaving with it. It is usually that night or the next day that I feel like that. I try now to take Tylenol before bed even if I don't have a headache and drink extra water.

I have experienced this. The oncologist said it can be a side effect of the volume of the intervenes injection. The increase volume can cause changes in blood pressure which, in turn, can produce these side effects.
