Tues 6.50pm BST - we hold our 1st relatives & friends Zoom drop-in. Critical care affects families. If you would like to join informal chat - message or email us for specific log in details. We realise there are aspects of ICU too delicate to describe on an open forum

My wife tells me that last night was really successful and she preferred the drop in to the regular zoom conference. In stead of me asking questions about my stay in hospital I faced a barrage of questions.......
That is fantastic - I understand that a meeting that was expected to last an hour and a half, went on for 3 hrs & that the members have decided that they would like it to run weekly. I am so thrilled, humbled & mixed with a little annoyance that we didn’t think about this meeting earlier in lockdown. It was only through us all talking to your brilliant wife after the yoga session last week - that the idea was born. I hope that this drop-in will give relatives on this site a safe place to talk, share experience & encourage one another - and maybe achieve a sense of well-being not matter what is happening in life.
