Hi everyone

Please tell everyone 😊

If anyone doesn’t know, we run a weekly drop-in meeting over Zoom - it means that not matter where you are you can attend ( if you’d like). It gives you opportunity to speak with bona fide relatives & recoverees - our meetings are informal, they are weekly Thursday 6.50pm BST

From this Tuesday 7/7/20 we will run a relatives meeting 6.50pm BST - if you would like to be part of this please email : info.icustepschester@gmail.com

We also run two chair based exercise groups on a Monday 11am BST & an exercise group on Friday 11am BST geared much more for the needs of Covid patients.

We run a gentle yoga session on Wednesday 11am BST & one starting Saturday 11/7/20 11am BST.

All these services are free over Zoom & they translate much better than you would expect. Our numbers are up 30% on our meetings held in the flesh.
