My Dad Tracheostomy failed again

What was a good day yesterday where we managed to get smile and a kiss for the kids. Today his was agitated and uncomfortable and he managed to pull his feeding tube and the trach was leaking, he back in the ventilator and in light sedation. Tomorrow they hope to review it and may redo the Tracheostomy. This is so frustrating and worrying now.

My husband had to be lightly sedated because he was agitated. He is now fine after 2 weeks. Have you asked why the trach was leaking?
