Does anyone have SI inflamed joints? Could it be autoimmune related? I'm in so much pain.

Hi there, I get this every month, very painful. I find that very very hot baths relieve it quite a bit.. and not lifting anything heavy for two or three days. I do also do my stomach exercises.. but still it persists, it is down to my monthly hormones. Mary F x
