Mine does tha goes gd then drops 2 danger levels.gt go every otha day 4 inr.on warfrin n clexene

The Clexane works in a different way so won't be picked up on the INR - don't worry though, when the Clexane kicks in the INR becomes redundant. My INR used to be very unstable too and I couldn't find any reason to explain this.

Take care

A lot of people have this issue of inr rates i am not sure of the answer but will see if any info. the only thing you can do is try foods which may thin the blood.

Could be something you ate, such as brussel sprouts or some other food with a high vitamin K content, reaction to other medications, or forgetting or lowering your dose of warfarin.

Also make sure you know for certain what you should be doing if your INR drops, often injects are needed but if it isn't down in your treatment plan it might not happen every time. Clexane won't affect your INR it is only a test for people on warfarin.

So make sure the right people know if your INR falls below a set point, straight away you get the clexane.

IMy GP has me on automatic alarm if my INR drops below 2 and i get the clexane. I was there again today and my INR was still only 1.1 so i had a veinous draw and am now waiting for the GP to phone with the dosage of warfrin for the next couple of days until I get it checked again a couple of days
