How long after starting aspirin would you expect to see improvements in symptoms such as migraines, forgetfulness etc?

How long before improvements are seen?
Sorry Kate, just seen that you've answered this on my other thread. Thanks v much!
Hi, I've found Warfarin made a staggering difference for me - even after years of taking it I'm still aware of month to month improvements happening. First though I was just on aspirin and that improved the migraines but didn't improve cognitive function. Jen x
I was poorly for the first year 2002/3 but by 2004 I was looking for new ways to rehab as i started taking charge of my anticoags and self testing. I got back to driving locally after 1 year so my memory had improved as I was assessed for this. Reality about money and keeping a roof over my head kicked in and I got a job broker who suggested a rehab course at the gym. I remember reflecting on further improvements then after 3 months so I joined up for the gym! It is a slow and variable recovery so far not helped by all the threats the NHS gives! I remember starting a short course in a local college and feeling so out of it but perservered and was thrilled to get my computer driving license at the end of a year which included a load of abuse from a lecturer! I am still job hunting and am still variable especially at this time of year with all the bugs around. Some ignorant woman just coughed and sneezed into a supermarket cabinet the other day with no sign of a hankie! I just ran as I was already sporting a visible injury from a fall and didn't want more trouble.! You see it is a rehab process take every day as it comes and develope inner strength to plan around new obstacles. All the best Gemma2012
Hi I started on asprin, it made no difference. I got very poorly and hydroxychloroquin was added but I didn't see a significant difference until I went on heperine! But everyone is different and for some asprin works x
