Trying to get a diagnosis
Hi there, well done on the letter and getting some sort of reply. Try to keep cool with it, all there is a good paper take along off our site re 'seronegative hughes' that might also help, and other stuff on there, well done with the weight loss, it does help with any disease, and another 6 weeks will reap its rewards! I believe if you contact Kate Hindle of the HSF, she may know who is your nearest contact for expertise, I felt it might be Leeds, with somebody having transferred not that long ago form Edinburgh? I may stand corrected on this. Do keep us posted and best of luck. Mary F x
There have been many friends who I have seen on that rocky road to weight loss. So far I have noted that those who are most likely to achieve success are those who 1' use the expensive Nutra System packaged meals or, 2', go on what one friend of mine calls the " no white and no sugary drinks diet. ". You literally don't eat anything that is, or often can be, white. No bread, no potatoes, no sugar, no rice, etc. It seems to work. Good luck.
Hi susie
