I'm Back

Hi all (I'm typing this with a smile)

How are you all. I just wanted to say thank you to you all for your support the other day. I have a confession, even although I have tried my best to support others on this website I have never really understood the comfort that it can provide... but the other day I genuinely felt better that there are others who can understand and told me it was fine to feel like that and for once I stopped fightiing it and relaxed and in doing that I almost instantly felt a bit better.

I know the feeling will be back at some point but it really did help to have your support. Thank you all so much.

I hope you all have a great short week - it will be the weekend again before you know it!

Tx

Hi there

I know the feeling, its nice to give something back by helping others. Some days you are up and can do it,others you are the one who is down and needs support. Good thing is you felt relaxed and were able to chill out!!

Keep going! We are all in this together!

Hi

I think we all so used to coping on our own, cos we've had to!! Is hard to ask or look outside for help or support, it's so good being able to share and learning we're not alone.

This site is great cos you can take what you need and everyone understands when we need a rest.

I know it sounds soft but I don't know how i'de cope without you guys, my online family.

I'm glad you feeling better!! Is so good to let go and chill sometimes though!

Take care gentle hugs love Sheena xxxxxx :-) :-) :-)

thanks all

I am back on true form and bouncing about like an idiot

but thank you all, truly.

Tx

No, sadly I am adrenalin free at the moment! Something I need to correct maybe why I am feeling a little lacklustre at times. Once I have Om (my horse) sorted and settled then I may have some money to consider the next adrenalin rush... I will let you know... could try and persuade the other half to do a charity adventure with me...?

Hmmmmmmm something to work on!

Tx xx
