Hi h,

I too positive lupus anticoagulant, complicates things further with some small minded med professionals doesn`t it? ANA positive too. But not anticardiolipin/antiphospholipid, or Beta 2 yet anyway....

APS is one weird syndrome!!!! :-) :-) :-)

Take care gentle hugs love Sheena xxxxx :-) :-) :-)

Hi jessielou you are the same as me ana positive to. Have you suffered many clots as I've been told if you are only positive to lupus anticougulant your less likely to clot . Thanks for your reply h xx

Just APS not Lupus. But isn't that bad enough! Am glad not to have Lupus pains along with it. Have already lost leg & eye to clots, don't want to lose anymore.

I have Lupus and APS. It is some kind of a combo of bad luck. This disease sucks the life out of me. But I try to stay positive:) But we all need an extra TLC from our family, friends, DR.s. I feel really lucky to have a great Rhuematoligist who really gets it. My family has a hard time because I have to sleep most of the time. My husband gets it, 2 boys that don't.

Hi there, I am seronegative hughes despite multiple clots, as was probably my later father, two of my sisters, and now my 15 year old daughter with SLE lupus and probably hughes! Tricky I know, but with the right professionals we can all help to change mind sets. I also have hypothyrodisim, sjogrens and psororiatic arthropathy, I have only in recent weeks at nearly 47 passed any tests whastosever! grrrrr M x

Hi thank you all for answering my question I once got told by a doctor if you only have la as positive and it's not high you aren't really at risk of a clot which I thought strange so has proved what I thought right . H xx
