Why are posts disappearing or being deleted?

This has happened before on posts but why does this keep happening? Is there a reason for my posts being deleted?

Doing good Jet all the way around!! Started doing some weight training in the gym nearby to add to walking and riding bike! Soon to add the swimming pool (laps) as soon as I get the bathing suit I ordered (if it fits!!)
