Why isn't there a LISTGOOD of doctors in London or what ever country you guys are in....

Here in the states we have a list of doctors that WE gave the names to so we KNOW the docs know about APS.

For those of you who have doctors who know about Hughs/APS can you list your area and give your doctor? It's like a friend giving a friend their doctors name - or two. Even the doctors who DON'T know about APS should be listed so somebody else doesn't go to them and maybe from the doctors bad advice - has a stroke becauce the doctor did nothing.

We - you - will just be helping each other out.

Hi Debi.

I am also in Florida and was not able to find a doctor until someone from this sight was kind and helpful to have given me a couple of names.

Where can I find the list you refer to?

Thanks

To find the USA list, go to apsfa.org. On the far left in the red, you will see "find a doctor." These are all physicians that PATIENTS have entered.

YES - this is where to find a list of doctors that others have given. Also if you live here in the states - you can ask for refs of doc in a certain area. Another site for info that ALL should join .

Thanks for all the information and support. I am indeed in the process of compiling a database of APS specialists in the UK, as recommended by patients. Unfortunately, we are not in a position to extend this beyond the UK yet, but may do sometime in the future.

Please keep letting me know the names of UK specialists so they can be added and once they are in agreement, we can release their names on the new website.

WOW! I've been ill and haven't checked my email! Nice response - even though it is suppose to read " a list of GOOD DOCTORS.." YES we need to help each other by giving a name or two! That doen't mean WE might like that doc - but it's a start!
