Has anyone ever had ANY experience with living with both of these at the same time? I swear, "if it weren't for bad luck, I'd have no luck at all." LOL
I don't know where to turn or what to do. There are ZERO Drs in a traveling distance that specializes in this so I'm on my own with Dr. Google. and my awesome new friends. LOL
If anyone has ever heard of this or had the joy of living it, please lemme know. I'm confused and frustrated. I watched my dad suffer with AIP undiagnosed for decades and then not keep up his health to counteract the weight gain so easy to get and we lost him. I want to find a better way.

hi. I had to look AIP up. I am so sorry for the loss of your dad. In your dr search, have you ever seen a naturalpathic dr? Mine has helped me the most with my complicated body. And listened to me. Hugs to you
Thank you so much for the note and wishes. I'll check and see what is available in my area but I fear there is even less access to that than to western medicine.
Not one I live with, the AIP, you may have to travel further distances to find a consultant who fully understands Hughes Syndrome/APS and also AIP, if you state your location, it might be that members on here can help you further. MaryF
It is 22 miles to my nearest pharmacy and MD, 65 to my nearest Walmart where I can barely afford groceriers, I live in the absolute STICKS. I'm near Kalispell Montana but I don't believe in alternative medicine (I'm sorry, please don't try to convince me, I'm sure) so I'm locked in to whatever Dr. Medicaid pays for. :/
