Can anyone tell me which tea I should not have with warfarin? I am finding different information online. Some say black tea is good. Some say it's not. I believe green tea is consistently not recommended. Mabey oolong? Or herb except not chamomile? Any suggestions? Advice? 😁

Consistency is key. You can have green tea but would aim for the same amount every day. Whenever I change my exercise or diet I talk to my clinic nurse and we test every three days and adjust dose accordingly until I remain in my target range for a few weeks then back to every four weeks when my diet, activity and dose are synced with my target INR.
