Blood Glucose numbers with APS

Just wondering as my Primary care Dr. recently ran blood tests and said my Glucose readings were slightly high at 120 or so. I have altered my intake of Carbs and Sugar quite a bit and was curious if having APS and taking Warfarin is affecting my Blood Glucose numbers at all? Age 69 and have had APS diagnosis since I was 50 ish.

I have never heard of a correlation between APS and glucose levels. There is a clear relationship between glucose levels and age and age related muscle loss.

I am unaware of any connection, but you doctors should be able to tell you.

Good job 👏🏻 watching carbs!

I was surprised to learn that diabetes is actually an autoimmune condition. ( the things we learn on this journey…)

I have not heard of any connection, however I follow a low G.I and Mediterranean diet, minus gluten and feel a lot better for it. MaryF
