Finally some good news after a truly nightmarish year (sorry so long winded please see previous posts) After ending up in hospital I finally got a referral to a local rheumatologist She wrote to Proff D'cruz for advice ( a week ago) and I have just received a message telling me I have a telephone consultation with Proff D'Cruz on the 24th March He is my absolute hero having saved my life 20yrs ago I am so relieved I could cry Thank you all for your endless support over the last year I don't know what I would have done without you

You have been through such a lot and now need some expert care which you should of had before. That past gp wants shooting.Professor David d Cruz is fantastic. So thorough. I was under his care for a few years until I got discharged back to my other local rubbish rheumatologist.I discovered through him how bad my health was.He showed me MRI he had took and all the white matter on it whereas my local rheumatologist said it was clear. If I closed my eyes he sounded like the actor David Suchet.Awesome guy who will look after you.hope the telephone appointment goes well n you get to see him again
