Are you on warfarin? Liver has a huuuge amount of Vitamin K. I do eat high K leafy greens, but I eat roughly the same amount daily. I'm one of those strange people who actually likes liver, so, when I was bridging for knee replacement I joyfully ate liver and onions. But not now. I do not recall where I got this info, but in our factory farm world, it makes sense: the amount of K in various chicken or beef liver is always high, but that amount is random depending on the health and diet of the animal.

I have found a website that is very useful when I want to check vitamin K for various foods.

inrtracker.com

I use it often. I google this question: Can I eat(drink) _____ when taking warfarin

Fill in the blank with whatever you are questioning, inrtracker will be one of the websites to pop up. I am sure there may be an app or you could just save the website.

Hope this is a tool you may be able to use!
