Hi Danni789.. I had pretty much the same thing , he said no to warfarin as he said I was borderline for that and to take Clopidogrel or aspirin , possibly because so far I've not had any clots or strokes etc I don't know 🤷‍♀️ !

I also am plagued with joint and muscle pain and tiredness , I'm guessing this is because the blood is sludgy, no doubt others on here will explain as I'm still very new to this .

You've explained well, sludgy sticky blood can give many symptoms.

Doctors usually prescribe hydroxychlorquine for muscle and joint pain.

Clopidogrel or DOACs can also be prescribed for APS.

Thank you they have said so far because I haven’t had any miscarriages etc (I was on the pill for 12years 🤦🏻‍♀️) that I’m not a risk factor, I’ve been struggling mentally with various issues I think they just think I’m bonkers tbf

Don't think that , they thought I was a hypochondriac at first because I was going to my GP so often with so many different symptoms I could literally hear their eyes roll ! Now they know as do I that my symptoms were both many and very real.

Your doctor's may be waiting for the 2and round of blood tests before trying you on anticoagerants.

After this, ask your doctor's for a trial of anticoagulants to see if your symptoms improve.

Believe in your body, many of us are made to believe it's in our head and have a horrendous journey to get diagnoses. So we have empathy with you, the key is to get an APS specialist that will join all the dots together.
