Well after all the things i have had done recently - C spine area x rays -- lower back L-3 thru L-5 --- leg x ray's groin to ankle -- leg ultra sounds groin to ankle -- Vascular study done { will have a appointment with specialist tomorrow -}- Knee's done today ., injections for Osteophyte's in upper spine , { Kissing Osteophyte's , cant turn my head ,bone on bone - i guess i am just a BONE HEAD !!! } --- lower back neck now knee's . Will see how these injections work , a couple of days Doc say's if they work every 3 months if needed . But i need to finish my bridging now . start back on Jantoven #10 tonight and every night till Thurs and 120 ml Enox in mornings till maybe Friday morning and re test my INR to see if i am at least 3.0 Then i can stop Enox and lower my Jantoven to maybe a #5 That should be it for procedures till next month and the TPI shots and MBB in C -4 ,5 ,6 and i will have to bridge again . Skip a month and have MBB done to L - 3 , 4 , 5 , this will be the first time for lower spine.

Just lots of fun BUT it is keeping me moving and out of pain .

Get that INR back up, you bonehead!

( gotta laugh... I wonder if this light hearted 70’s / 80’s insult exists in British slang? I guess we will find out.. )

I sincerely hope this helps you- the problem sounds terrible.

Good luck with the appointment tomorrow- let us know results.

Make sure to keep extra hydration on board while you bridge back up.

Yes Kel . Most of this State is forested and so Humidity stays very high -High 70'S and lower 80'S standing 95 temp and up depending where you are - I am in Concord - Sea level at best - Merrimack Valley runs north south thru state with the Merrimack River running thru it .Hottest in summer -coldest in Winter .No matter which way you leave concord it's up hill accept following the river south . There Your geography lesson for today . Is every body happy !! ??

Hi Jim,

It exists in Swedish language "bone head" = "träskalle". Difficult to be a bonehead with your triplepositivity.

You are a real fighter! That is what I have always said. GOOD LUCK!

WELL my friend - I am glad I am in Swedish vocabulary --Heck i am even in Texas !! -- Well my apartment got flooded from the woman on the 4 Th floor Sunday {i am on the second Floor}. this is the second time i have gotten all that extra water I didn't need. But AS they say " It Doesn't Rain But It Pours " WELL ????? . Knee's doing well today - I noticed the left on still a little vocal -R - quiet so far . Kerstin If you keep giving me words in Swedish -I just might have a second language on my hands. Keep them coming BUT good words also :-) BBN Casey and I

You know i might have been better off saying " BONE NECK " !!!! Instead of " Bone Head " Ha ha -- BUT we had a laugh - GOOD MEDICINE

So... renters' insurance? This happened to me once when I still lived with my Mom. The upstairs occupant was, we were pretty sure given the number of nocturnal male visitors, a "woman of the night," and one of her occasional night visitors was our landlord. One night Mom woke up because water was dripping on her head. She threw her robe on, walked upstairs and pounded on the door and told the occupant this. " Just a minute. I'll check." ( pause, return,) "OK Thanks for letting me know. The sink overflowed. "

And yes, we have that expression in West ( by God) Virginia, but no, you do not rise -no, make that fall - to the level that fits that definition. Hang in there!

! know - I have Insurance {large deductible } -- BUT not my fault so landlord 's problem with MOLD --BIG words in this State . it's their building our contents -unless of injury because of negligence . My Insurance HIGH deductible to claim clean up . just the talk of mold to office does it, matter of fact i didn't even have to go down to office - my neighbor up above me did it as i was in 3 appointments yesterday so i got a phone call { i guess they came up but i wasn't there my friend from across the hall was staying with Casey it was to hot and humid for him to be out } . It leaked down by Casey's Cage -NOW everyone here loves him and even the Manager so when i said rugs and walls got wet by his cage and i am afraid of mold THEN it was we will come in with steam and clean . It is not required to move in here that you have NON OWNERS INSURANCE . But i told the office that yesterday -- - I have my Antiques [2] covered for 40 thousand flat rate- loss of use coverage - 100 % replacement coverage cloths etc - shelter coverage - etc. and even with all this it is like 17 dollars a month . So to get just liability can't be more than 8 or 9 dollars a month .?? WELL I wouldn't have the heart to sue anyone like that little old lady - I did tell her about insurance last time because it got my Hutch wet but i was there when it happened AGAIN BUT she got mad at me !!!! GGGGGG 80 units in this building that is hundreds of years old and was turned into apartments in 1977 so 42 years ago

Congrats, you are on the road to recovery, I hope Casey is helping with soothing barks! Best of luck with the ongoing bridging, I hope to hear good news really soon, keep well. The hydration mentioned is very important. MaryF

Thanks yes it is i am an OLD HAND at the bridging game here .it looks like it will be every 3 months i wil be bridging UNLESS they change protocol on having these procedures done {which i doubt } BUT one never knows . i need them for the MBB procedures both in the c-spine area and the L 3-4-5 area and if i have more knee injections then also . I would try to scedule like knee's and either c spine or L spine area's so doing 2 in same 10 day bridging span. BUT i can't do both c and l spine at same time and i have never had to bridge for my TPI . Off the top of my head i have bridged 12 times since 2012 when first hip procedure done .
