According test results I don't have sjorgens... So what next clear symptoms are there... Any advice please

I really understand how you feel, this us not in your head and you may still have sjogrens. Apparently 30% of people who have the symptoms fail the blood tests.

Or the positive tests come later on I have heard. As with APS also. Symptoms and bloodtests are not showing positivity at the time time always.
