I’m annoyingly getting some pre menopausal symptoms, particularly at night when I get suddenly and ragingly hot. I have been in contact with St Thomas’s about taking black coash. They say that they can see no documented interactions but to get my INR checked frequently If I decide to use it.
Does anyone have any experience with this? I’ve already tried sage tablets but they didn’t make any difference.
Thank you

HI, Black Cohosh is well known for it's use with Menopause along with a host of other useful herbs and supplements, however there is always the potential for drug interactions, allergies, INR disrupting etc, so great if they can monitor you on this, and a good idea never to start anything new without medical guidance. webmd.com/vitamins/ai/ingre...
