Warfarin and Altitude

I recently enquired about warfarin and altitude as I was thinking of completing the Everest Base Camp Walk in November '19. Sorry to say that my haematologist advice is "definitely not", the altitude will be too high and I will not get insurance.

Thanks to the people who responded to my question.
