I’ve just found out I have the biological criteria for APS on two antibodies. I have a blood test in 3 months to confirm. I had mono, psoriasis and a thyrodectomy in the past. At 37, I have had hypothyroidism and digestion issues ever since. Is this all related? What does this all mean? Do I have autoimmunity?

There is a strong statistical corrolation between mono and developing autoimmunity. Also, many us us have found that eliminating gluten from our diets reduces symptoms and lowers blood antibody levels.Autoimmunity is a collection of diseases that only in the past few years has garnered the research attention it deserves. And so far, the eye crossing biochemical cascades point to the environmental triggers of eating too many bad grains, mold and heavy metal toxicity.
