Locating APS specialist

I live in Oklahoma City and my daughter was recently diagnosed with APS. We have a hematologist we like pretty well, but would like to see someone who specializes in APS as she has not been referred to any other specialists. I feel like she needs more of a work up for other things. Does anyone know anyone near Oklahoma City that specializes in APS?

Hi Wittycjt,

I can not find the posts you talk of. Could it perhaps be better if you tell the name of an APS-Specialist near Oklahoma City if you know one that is.

The Denver area is about 9 hours away, but just in case you don't find someone closer, Dr Jill Schofield is an APS specialist, the only one in this region. Info is: 303.773.9000, 6801 S. Yosemite St., Centennial CO. This is who I see.

Hi,

I have heard very good things about Jill Schofield (I am from Sweden but have been on this site for several years now) so if you could get her as your daughters Specialist even if it is not very close to your home, I think you both should be really satisfied. Very good that Tofino5 also likes her. Good that she has you as her mother who is helping her also.

I wish you both Good Luck!

Thanks Kerstin.

Mn1519, you can PM me if you like. She has a rather long wait list for initial visits, but it is well worth it.
