Yes, we see APS/ Hughes even here in paradise!
Advantages: Year round exercise and plenty of community support, which we call the "aloha" spirit.
Disadvantages : Not a lot of Rheumatology specialists. A senior population...35% means we are all competing for the same few doctors so I really appreciate this site for all the valuable info that is shared here.
