Checking in...the surgery for blood mass's is successful. My surgery recovery time is well on it's way. It has been two months now. I feel so much better since the surgery, the pain levels have decreased significantly. I have a small hiccup however, the stomach area holds five incision spots and two of those places simply do not seem to want to heal. I have gone into the doctor and they have tested it for staff and gave medication called cephalexin 500 mg three times a day. Tomorrow I go back in and have my INR check done at the clinic. My INR's continue to go up and down since the surgery and my diet is consistent. Working to find the balance again since the surgery, yet I feel very well with the exception of the wounds not healing all the way and there has been some serious bouts of dizzy spells. The dizzy spells have been very overwhelming when they flow through. I have to lay down and stay still so the room does not twist around me. I have been issued a self INR machine, yet no one in my entire area will allow the machine even my pharmacist. They simply do not seem to know how to process it through our insurance even though our insurance allows for it with the doctor approved prescription. One more piece that is recurring, I believe is from the INR not fully stabilizing, is my joints and headaches are constant again. My home doctor does not want to issue palanquin considering how hard it is on my eyes and I have had three different eye glass prescriptions w/my eyes changing in the last two years. I wish there was an herbal remedy to help with the stiffness from the joints seizing that does not interrupt the INR level. All in all I am doing well and wondered how everyone here is doing, I appreciate all of the support that I find here. This sight has helped significantly w/support.
Christmas is arriving soon, Merry Christmas to all of you.
