Blood thinner & weight loss challenges

I'm 47 year old female on warfarin indefinitely because of DVT and PE. I'm finding challenges losing weight and because of the medication, I have to eat veggies in moderation. Also I'm a pescatarian (only eat fish). I feel my carb intake is too much and looking for any suggestions.

Hi and welcome.

May I ask if you have a diagnosis of APS/Hughes Syndrome? As this a forum for sufferers of that condition.

Out of interest have they tested you for Hughes Syndrome/APS, this is relevant if you have other family members with autoimmune diseases, including thyroid, early heart attacks or strokes or a history of multiple miscarriages, if this rings any bells, come back to me and i will send you the link to the right blood tests.
