Helloo everyone...

I have APS since 2010. Recently my doc said to have acl tests. after seeing the results iam a bit confused...

Bcoz acl IgG is negative..

And acl IgM is positive... So what does it mean...

And is there any chance that I can conceive??

And what are the chances of successful pregnancy... Plz help me with this...

Iam desperate to get pregnant... But afraid that I may miscarry my pregnancy..

Hi, yes results will help do take your name and address off the though before loading them up, also other things to look at are thyroid, vitamin D, B12 and iron, alongside the tests you are talking about. MaryF

IgG is 4GPL(<20 IS NEGATIVE)

IgM is 48MPL (>20 IS POSITIVE)..

All the other reports are normal...

Actually my obs said in pre pregnancy counselling to check all the parameters...

So, every other thing is normal...

Though I do have SLE which is the main problem...

Other than that thyroid test is negative..

Thnx again...

Hi I have sle and aps and my IgG and IGM are in the 200's. I've had 2 healthy babies. Took aspirin for 1st and aspirin and heparin for 2nd. As long as u are on the right treatment and have regular monitoring then there is a good chance of successful pregnancy ( that's what I've read when looking myself)

I'd discuss it with rheumatologist and also ask gp for referral to obs to discuss with them too if u are worried.

If you're trying to get pregnant-been there n hey, screw that crap. It's crap. Are you stressed?? You're causing a zillion r negative reactions in your body. First thing- chill. Second thing-fat ratio is important to conceive. Good fat - but get it in your diet! Third thing- and it works and afterwards contact me and I'll tell you what works when you're it's time to have the baby but it's not happening because she's a lil too comfy n really wants to stay inside..so Do not have sex from the time of your current period forward until 10 days before you're supposed to have ur period then just get it on like rabbits. (They screw constantly) stop when your period starts if you want-or not-it won't hurt the baby😋This was Advice from an old school doctor - after going thru other mularky - he just said matter of fact- this is all you have to do-relax and enjoy during prime ovulation basically. Sounds too simple but after 3 yrs of trying, I did what he said and badaboom badabing I was preggers!
