I.b.s/colonoscopy

Ibs? 17 years changes in symptoms past 2 years every I eat causes pain and fibre makes it worse pains are unbearable and lately left /right side pain and discomfort either side of bowel and anal pressure and burning but it's not haemmoroids colonoscopy again tomorrow and twice emptied bowel today
