Light headed.

Hi, I've been really lightheaded today. Feeling the need to lye down.

2 days ago I had dried blood on my gums and have noticed my ears ringing more than normal.

I'm on riveroxaban, plaquin.

Too much or not enough anticoagulant?

Thanks
