Assuming you also have APS, I've dealt with the exact same headache pains on the right side of my head as you describe. After seeing several doctors at the Mayo Clinic earlier this year, it was found that it was the Occipital Nerve being aggravated and causing those headaches. Why it happens is still a mystery though. But the MAyo Clinic has seen this same pattern of headache in many APS patients before too. So sorry....
