I am pleased that your appointment is so close now, please try and hang on, and keep a close eye on your INR. I note you already have the option of Fragmin injections. Let us know how it goes, at least you have the scans out of the way now. MaryF
In my experience there may have been damage on the first MRI. You should ask ur dr to have them compared. I had two that said there was nothing there and after requesting a comparison two dr had to write an addendum because they simply missed it, two different radiologist. One now has major issue with me because I questioned him. No body is beyond reproach. We all make mistakes EVEN if they won't admit it. After all drs practice medicine!! I am sorry for your recent strokes in the last couple month I two have had 3 strokes but am working to get my INR back on track as well as lowering the amount of stress I am under. It may be new damage but it also might have simply been missed especially if you are relatively young. Good luck get ur blood right and hang in there.
I have had a lot of Micro-clots but they have never showed up on MRIs as they are too tiny. I have also had amourous fugax (loose the vision on one eye) several times before anticoagulation but never after Warfarin.
See to it that you do not let your INR dip low but test more often in that case.
