Light at the end of the tunnel update

Hi all.. just a quick update my inr today is 2.0 starting to feel a bit better going to try and walk around the walk with my waking frame ..... with a view to try crutch on monday ....

Good that you are feeling better!

Have you asked your Doctors (your Specialist of APS ) at the hospital, as they want you to be on an INR between 3.0 - 4.0 and you have today an INR of 2.0, what would happen if you trieded LMW Heparin till you reach the right level for you Warfarin or even switched over to LMW Heparin (Fragmin) for good.

If I am too low in Warfarin I have to take a Fragminshot.
