Very interesting about protein in wheat that will give inflammation.

Wow. I've been trying to go gluten free for the past few months. Slip up on a rare occasion.

Thank you(!) for posting this (btw, my doctor did some tests for celiac...I was negative...but as this article and many point out, one can still be gluten sensitive).

I was also negative at a test my Rheumatologist did but do not feel good when eating wheat bread. I am not completely gluten free but will look in to it more now.

Very interesting article. I have recently gone back to eating wheat cereals for breakfast after a period of abstinance. Limb/joint pain and headaches normally associated with my APS seem to have returned after a period when they seemed more managable, which coincides with the period when I wasn't eating much cereal. I will now go back to leaving wheat out as much as possible from my diet and see where that gets me!

I second that experience and determination. So many foods contain gluten!
