GM , First time, still in the learning stage. I have been off warfin for 2days & supposed to take 50mg of my friend, having surgery tomorrow afternoon. Problem: INR is still a little high for the surgery how can I get it down (somewhat) quickly

Right now its 2.7, need 2.4 by tomorrow am

Any suggestions?
