I couldn't find an imogi for a shoulder shrug. But sorry, I have no idea. I do hope you figure this out. Do see a doctor.

Hi, I get this a lot usually when my INR levels drop. Do you self test as I find this helps in keeping my levels finely tuned.

Hope this helps.

Achey like flu feeling and skin sore to touch... perhaps on the arm or whatever spot feels sore -- Sore joints, achiness from APS or UCTD (I have both) can be helped with Plaquenil if that's a possible reason for your achey pain. As for the icy pain -- could be connected to a Raynaud's condition, which is also something that hits a lot of us APS sufferers. My finger tips can "flare" just walking down the freezer aisle at the supermarket. Sometimes my fingertips are painfully sensitive and hurt just brushing up against something. Thankfully, my flares aren't frequent -- and I religiously wear gloves since cold will trigger them.

I hope you have an appointment coming up so they can test you for your levels, plus Vitamin B12 iron, and vitamin D also. MaryF
