My rheumatologist tried this, because he uses it with lupus patients, and finds that many of them see improvement with brain fog and exhaustion. I need help with brain fog and exhaustion so I agreed to try it. I took 3 rounds of 2 infusions, 2 weeks apart. I saw no improvement. The only side effect I experienced was dry frizzy hair. My rheumatologist has tried this with several primary APS patients (like me) and some saw improvement, some did not.
